Padel is fast, social, easy to learn, and hard to stop playing. Our two outdoor courts are operated in partnership with 40 Forty Padel, bringing public padel to the Upstate right outside Pickle Yard. Play a match, then come inside and stay awhile.
Padel reservations are made directly through 40 Forty Padel.
Bring your crew and try a round: you might find your new favorite sport. Our courts are right by the patio, so post-match drinks are never far.
Don't mistake it for paddleball, racquetball, or squash. Padel is its own thing: fast, easy to learn, and ridiculously fun. Most people try it once and can't stop.
Padel blends elements of several other paddle sports:
The enclosed arena of racquetball/squash
The smaller, more forgiving court size of pickleball
The speed and intensity that approaches tennis
Usually played in doubles, with the ball kept in play off the enclosure walls, and easy enough to pick up on your first visit, with plenty of room to get competitive once you're hooked.
